Renewable energy resources

Renewable energy:

Renewable energy is a resource that we can get from nature. Many kinds of natural resources are used as renewable energy. The natural resources of coal and oil are used for power consumption. But it’s not an easily renewable one. Nowadays, renewable resources (air, sunlight, and steaming water) are used for energy consumption. Many eco-friendly business ideas are incorporated with this renewable energies.

Renewable energy sources:

  • Solar panel,
  • Wind power energy (windmill),
  • Biomass energy,
  • Geothermal energy,
  • Hot water solar panels,
  • Solar PV panel.

Green energy and renewable energy:

Green energy is something that does not pollute the environment and is renewable by nature. Both renewable energy and green energy sound like the same kind of energy, but not all kinds of green energy are renewable, and not all renewable energies are green. But both are not polluting the environment. Both are the same.

Renewable energy and green energy are not polluting the environment, and they are the ones that lead to sustainable living. Here are some of the green energies and renewable energies:

Solar energy systems:

Solar panel:

A solar panel is a device that can convert solar energy (sunlight) into electricity. Setting up this panel on the rooftop will consume solar energy to produce electricity. If the sunlight hits the cell, they absorb the sunlight and convert it into heat, so they transfer the heat to the copper tube and produce electricity.

The advantages of this solar panel are its low cost, easy installation, and ability to be integrated into existing systems.

If we talk about the disadvantages of low durability, we need more time to produce electricity.

Solar PV panel:

A photovoltaic cell is a different type of solar panel, with a semiconductor layer and silicon. When sunlight hits this panel, it creates an electric field and transforms the current into an inverter for domestic use.

It is expensive and time-consuming to install, but it will last a long time.

Hot water solar panel:

In the solar panel system, the sunlight is absorbed and produces heat to make the water hot and store it in the tank. The hot water is circulated within the tank and stored in a separate tank. The stored water can be used at any time. This system needs a solar collector, insulated tank-connecting pipes, et cetera.

Wind power energies:

Producing electricity from wind power is the greatest part of renewable energy consumption. Because air is the thing we have unlimitedly in various locations at various speeds. The wind rotates that rotor blade. Some mechanism turned that energy into electricity. Many villages are adopting this windmill electric power consumption to change their lifestyles to be more sustainable and reduce the usage of unrenewable resources. Solar panels and windmills are highly used by people. Even the government supports this kind of energy-producing method and provides a lot of funds.

Geothermal energy:

Geothermal energy is the energy that comes from heat. The heat from the earth is used for this method. It can produce heat, cooling, and electricity. The heat under the earth is easily renewable, and it will be produced for billions of years. Heat from the earth’s interior surface from lava flows, hot springs, and mud pots. It can be used for cooking, bathing, electrical power generation, and some other uses.

Biomass energy plant:

Biomass is one of the best renewable energies from living things that can’t pollute our earth. Like at the beginning, we use wood while cooking. Now this biomass gas created from the heated biomass is burned in the boiler, and the releasing gas is created as gas and electricity.

Biomass feedstocks are;

  • Wet waste,
  • Forestry  reserves (Forestry reserves are essential resources for maintaining the health and productivity of forests.),
  • Agricultural crops,
  • Wood wastes,
  • Municipal waste,
  • Food waste,
  • Algae.

The Future of Renewable Energies:

The future of renewable energy sources is the promising growth of sustainable lifestyles, which we follow. As technology advances and the world’s importance to sustainability grows, renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, geothermal, and biomass are playing an important role in satisfying global energy demand and lowering carbon emissions. As we change our lifestyle to this sustainable practice, it will make these renewable energy sources easily installable and low-cost. Even if the government also increases investment in renewable energies used in the public and commercial sectors, the future of renewable energy appears promising, paving the way for a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable energy environment for future generations.

This is all just information and an introduction to renewable energies, but there are many detailed blogs and articles about the uses, installation, benefits, and more.
